Candidate Data

If you apply for a role, we process your CV, contact details, interview notes, and assessment outcomes to evaluate your application and communicate with you. We may retain profiles for future opportunities unless you request deletion.

Client Data

For active clients, we process stakeholder information, project materials, metrics, and platform identifiers strictly to deliver services. You should ensure you have rights to share any third-party data with us and that your instructions comply with law and platform rules.

Analytics & Tracking

  • We may use privacy-conscious analytics (e.g., GA4 or similar) to understand aggregate usage and improve the site.
  • Identifiers are typically pseudonymous. We do not attempt to identify you unless you submit details voluntarily (e.g., lead form).
